I had noticed a few of the vegetables and toppings looked a bit frail, but I didn't pay any attention.
Immediately after eating, I could not stop going to the restroom and have had nausea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Breakfast Burrito from Whole Foods in Redwood City- pre packaged in the quick grab area. Ate it around 11AM on 4/24/18,, starting vomiting by 4PM, and continued to dry heave until 6PM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
