Happened yesterday, December 28, 2021. I ate a veggie sandwich with no lettuce but with spinach. I threw up for several hours about four hours after eating the sandwich. Body aches and dehydration headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Body Ache
