Ordered the chicken caesar salad and within a few hours i was nauseous and on the verge of throwing up… i had to take a zofran and was able to not puke but it’s now diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate yesterday..got very ill today..horrible abdominal pains, diarrhea and vomiting and extreme chills..will see md..had flathead bmt..with lettuce, onions, tomato, cucumbers, banana peppers and vinegar. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
