I ordered a plain cheese burger and small French fry. About 2-3 hours after consuming i became nauseous later leading to vomiting and diarrhea. I had only eaten oatmeal in the morning and McDonald was my only other meal. I believe I have food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
