This is the turkey lunchmeat I had to return to Wal-Mart, that has some white substance all the way throughout the lunch meat. I ate two pieces before I saw this all the way throughout the meat? I feel bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I went to tacobell around 11:30am on 02/04/2017 I got the new chicken taco box I ate it and about an hour later I started to feel very ill I had to run to the restroom all day while at work and now it's Monday 02/06/2017 and I still feel sick but I am going to see a doctor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
