I picked up a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Fries and Coke around 2:30 on Thursday. I had vomiting continuously from 4 to 11:30 and that was the only food that I had all day with the exception of a banana that morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
