Had a chicken sandwich and my girlfriend had nuggets and a milkshake. She said one of the nuggets tasted funny and spit it out and a few hours later we both became violently ill, vomiting and diarrhea and chills and body aches, have been in bed for about 20 hours now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
