I got a egg mcmuffin from there got home and 4 hours later started vomiting and diarrhea and got a fever and was weak and dizzy for about 2 days and now today I am still weak and dizzy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness

I ate the sasusage, egg, and cheese crossiant, iced coffee, and a powdered doughnut. I started feeling sick a couple of hours later, then all throughout the day, and evening with worsening nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, a light fever, gas, and fatigue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Dizziness, Fatigue, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
