Order pizzas and within an hour and a half I sick. Diarrhea, and nauseous weak and tired. I had to go to the emergency room twice as well as take time of work. I didn't get any relief from the meds prescribed. I started feeling better once I completed IV fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

I had a #2 combo, burger with fries, symptoms set in a few hours with nausea the the diarrhea and vomiting. I was in bed for the rest of the evening and into this morning. I am still having stomach diarrhea. My body feels very week and sore all over.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On Saturday, 4/7/2018 @ 9:06 pm, I purchased the grilled Market salad. I ate it @ 9:30 pm. I started to vomit (violently)@ 10:00 pm. I also had diarrhea for 6 days and a foul taste in my mouth for 4 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
