Ate a spicy chicken Caesar salad on Thursday evening, May 10th. Felt a little ill Friday. Started puking late that night early morning with lots of liquid diarrhea early Sat the 12. Has continued throughout the night and throughout mothers day. Literally a “Crappy way to bring in the holiday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the southwestern salad around 6pm after I was done I had a horrible cramp in my stomach went to sleep and woke up at 3am throwing up and with diarrhea. I was sweating and shaking uncontrollably.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Shaking

I ordered Chicken Tikka Masasa on Saturday, May 5th at 2:30 pm. I became extremely ill by 7pm. I was sick for four days. Today is day number five and although I am back at work, I am still not not 100%.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
