Went to lil caesers with a friend got a hnr pep and a stuffed deep deep dish. I only ate the pep and woke up at 2am puking, cramps, headache, and felt absolutely miserable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
