Last night on April 17 2022 I ate a chicken sandwich and have had to wake up in the middle of the night to what I thought it was a heart attack had an aspirin went back to bed. Went to work at 9 am and it is 11:30 am and have had to go to the bathroom twice. Nauseous and stomach Bulging  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
