Ate at Chick Fil A Monday (6/18/2018) morning for breakfast. When I woke up Tuesday morning I had a fever and fatigue. In the afternoon Tuesday started the severe diarrhea and feeling weak. All night Tuesday into Wednesday morning I’ve had watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Fatigue

Close to ten o’clock last night, I had ordered some grilled chicken nuggets. They came out shortly after close, which was fine. I felt fine that night and woke up with the worst stomach pains around 5am. Went back to sleep to try to sleep it off… See more

I am throwing up profusely and cannot stop. My head is spinning and I am very light headed. I have to wake up for work in 3 hours!!! I can't afford for this to be happening. Never had a problem with chick fil a before... didn't drink… See more

I ate around 5:30 on August 9,2016 at the Burger King in Watson, got the chicken fries meal. Started feeling nausea around 8. Threw up at 9:30, again at 11, and then again at 2. All followed by diherra.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
