Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Baltimore, MD, USA

I ate Apple Cinnamon Cheerios Sunday and Monday morning February 25th & 26th but the box had been opened for several months. I had diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and a headache. I am not positive if it could have been food poisoning or a form of flu.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
