Spicy chicken sandwich, Purchased a spicy chicken sandwich from there. Within 5 hours, I felt really nauseous and had chill. Later it was followed with vomiting and diarrhea. Completely dehydrated and weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Chills

Went to Wendy’s Drive thru, ordered the spicy Caesar salad and a small chilli and a medium Diet Coke. Ate half the salad with the chicken, ate most of the chilli, drank all of the Diet Coke.
