About 8-9 hours after drinking coffee, woke up with sudden diarrhea cramps. Felt lightheaded and vomited. This went on for a few hours. No fever but body aches, nausea and painful stomach cramps. 12 hours after, my son has same symptoms. It’s the only thing we both had.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Fever, Cramps, Lightheaded, Body Ache

I ate a McDouble, small fry and a Dr. Pepper. 1hr later I was puking my guts up. For 12 hours I would be freezing cold then vomit then sweating bullets then vomit. Terrible nausea. Horrible experience. Never eating this s h i t again!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
