October 27 had spicy chicken sandwich. Deathly ill the next day. Diarrhea vomiting. A few days later a body rash, currently being biopsied for second test. Now severe back and leg pain. X-ray shows arthritis. Possibly reactive arthritis due to food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had the Cod dinner, the fish seemed ok but the tarter sauce looked a little off. I stirred it up and looked better so I ate it, I know stupid! Next morning had severe cramps, like bend you over stomach cramps. It lasted for about 36 hours. Skip the tarter tarter!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps

Monday night Dec 20, Grocery store. Pizza cooked at home. Grapes? Frozen pizza augmented with cheese and pepperoni, dry roasted peanuts. My husband and I both ate the same food. We became sick simultaneously about 3 or 4 hours later. Both violently ill all night My husband… See more

Ate breaded friend chicken with Mac n cheese from there, and about 6 hrs later...bad stomachache ache followed by diarrhea. I don't know why this is happening all of a sudden but someone needs to go into these store and find out what's going on before they kill someone☹️  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
