My son ate 2 bowls of lucky charms and like 30 mins later he pooped at least 5 times and it was very watery. He did this for 3 days straight i didnt give him any more cereal and thought out the blue hes getting sick i gave him soup and after the 4 day hes was back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a bowl if Lucky Charms Monday evening and experienced excrucation stabbing pains in my lower abdomen. I also had diarrhea. Today is Wednesday and the cramping pains have lightened, but are still there.
My nephew also had some that day. Shortly after he had a green bowel movement.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Green Stool

I love lucky charms, so I occasionally try again, but now I know I’m not alone.
I had Diarrhea that also turned green, which is bile release.
