McDonald's quarter pounder meal - I ate a quarter pounder meal 4 days ago and 2 days ago both times i became extremely bloated. Uncontrollable direahha sulfur burps and can see sesame seeds in my bowel movements.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Burping
