This morning Wawa food. ordered chicken tenders and Mac & cheese. Few hours later got sever stomach cramps / nonstop vommittting. Went to ER  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
