Ok. I am DONE. This company makes it impossible to report. I guess I loose. I know nothing will be done. This is probaly a scam anyways.
My original report to them:
I purchased a footlong BMT on Italian herbs and cheese. The employee was flipping pans... See More at the time. No cutting board. He did wear gloves. At payment, when I tapped my Venmo debit card payment processed adding a 2.00 tip w/o my consent or even knowlege. I then walked home, it's literally half a block. I ate half the sandwich and went to bed around 9pm. I then was up most of the overnight hours with bad cramps, sour stomach and many trips to the toilet. I still have the other half of the sandwich. Norovirus Outbreaks on the rise in New Mexico

The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) announced they are investigating multiple outbreaks of norovirus around the New Mexico State. Norovirus is a highly contagious disease often called the “stomach flu” with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, and it is spread easily from person to... See More person.
NMDOH advises to prevent norovirus spread is frequent handwashing, highlighted that hand sanitizer does NOT work against norovirus. Also recommending precautions be taken, especially around the very young, the elderly, and those at any age with weakened immune systems because they are at risk for more serious illness due to norovirus infection.
If you develop nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramping stay home if possible and contact your healthcare provider before seeking medical care so as not to expose others to norovirus in the waiting room. Where possible, don’t go to work or school until 48 hours after symptoms have completely gone away.
If you do not have a medical provider or have other questions, you can contact the Department of Health through the Epidemiology and Response Division in Santa Fe at the 24/7 phone number: 505-827-0006.

The HMC Group Marketing, Inc., which does business as HMC Farms, is voluntarily recalling peaches, plums and nectarines sold in retail stores between May 1 and November 15, 2022 and between May 1 and November 15, 2023. The fruit is being recalled because it has the potential... See More to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled fruit was distributed nationwide and sold at retail stores as individual pieces of fruit bearing PLU stickers (see images attached) or in consumer packaging (also shown in the attached images) and sold at retail between May 1 and November 15, 2022 and between May 1 and November 15, 2023. The recalled peaches have been linked to an outbreak of Listeriosis that has resulted in eleven illnesses.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
This recall includes only conventionally grown fruit – no organic fruit is being recalled. Peaches, plums, and nectarines currently available for sale at retail stores are not included in this recall.
Consumers: Although the recalled fruit is no longer available in retail stores, consumers may have frozen the recalled fruit at home for later use. Consumers are urged to check their freezers for the recalled fruit, not consume it.
This recall is being carried out with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
