I got a Southwest Chipotle steak wrapand within an hour of eating it I was very sick. I had nauseavery bad stomach painand diarrhea. I bought it on October 4 . I am still sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
