Symptoms started within an hour or so after eating one snack size Twix bar and one snack size Snickers bar. Started with a dull, yet intense headache. Then chills and heavy sweating. Stomach cramping and diarrhea. Vomit to the point where nothing but bile comes up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating, Bile

Additional Information: Had small personal pizza about 1130 at night. Woke up around 530-545am with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
