Arroz con pollo was ordered with no peppers because of food allergies, the peppers were in the bottom.The manager was sent pics of the food with peppers and pics of my skin with the reaction.No responses. When I did call no cooperation.  | Symptoms: Other

I ate a dinner (chicken lemon dish) an hour from that same restaurant and was not sick until I ordered take out of the upswide down cheesecake, around three hours after the chicken. After around half an hour to an hour, I felt nauseous and had diarrhea. I’m been sick since this happened (last night)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
