I had a pineapple and pep pizza and fetta cheesey bread only thing I had eaten all day then an hour later I got sick out of no where chills felt like I got hit by a bus went to the doctor and it was confirmed food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
