My mom got her usual egg McMuffin for breakfast this morning. She ate it around 6:30 a.m. and ended up having to leave work early around quarter after 11 because she began having severe stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. I ordered the Pot Roast which included carrots and you can’t change the sides included. I ate between 7 and 8pm and had a upset stomach that started around 7:30 the next morning and continued throughout the rest of the day but got better throughout the day.
