Ate a starter salad with ranch, bread, steak with garlic butter, and asparagus. Maybe two hours after eating it started in the most violent sickness I have ever had. This was no stomach bug trust me and it started after eating there | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Had a McDonald’s meal after 5 years of not eating the crap and I been sick 3 days now, 2/3 got sick. She had fever and kept throwing up. I was just throwing up. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever
