A mcChicken, I got food Friday evening. The next morning I woke up with a headache, body ache and I was throwing up. I had a 101.3 degree fever. I could barely lay without pain.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Body Ache
