overwhelmed my taste buds. I'm a large male weighing around 200 pounds and so typically I pop the whole entire snack in to my mouth with only about two chews and then swallow. So by the time I really tasted the awful taste I was already swallowing. I knew in that moment that I should have spit it out but It was to late. I told my girlfriend that if I got sick that it would be from the cupcake. The next day in the evening I started experiencing a burning sensation when I tried to urinate along with stomach cramps and a low grade fever. That following morning I was weak with a high fever I couldn't eat anything I had the chills accompanied by a fever of 102. It was horrible I couldn't think of anything other than the pain . When I tried to urinate it felt like kidney stones or something. My girlfriend thought it was just a UTI but I knew that it wasn't and that something was wrong. I decided that I needed to go to the hospital so we called an ambulance. Once I was there I explained my situation and they to misdiagnosed me with just a UTI and sent me home. I layed there for damn near a week in the most excruciating pain that I to date have ever encountered. I firmly believed I could have possibly died. I'm positive that I have suffered so.e long term damage from this. I don't feel the same anymore, I feel it has either damaged my kidneys or some major organ.  | Symptoms: Fever, Other, Cramps, Chills, Weakness

My husband was the only one to eat raw oysters on 6/1/2019 Saturday Night..(this is the only thing he has eaten that was different from me all weekend) Late Sunday night he started feeling sick and had nausea and severe diarrhea ever since it is now Tuesday he is still having it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

like peanuts. The throwing up lasted for over 24 hours, and also consisted of diarrhea. My wife ordered a smoothie from the same Smoothie king on on 4/5 (Vegan Mocha Cold Brew) - and only drank half of her 32 ounce smoothie - because it didn't taste right. She also threw up horribly for 12 hours, and then had a fever after. I will NOT be going back to this location, or any other smoothie king location. My wife and I called over TWICE - to the store and corporate, and they could care less. We're still waiting for the call back from Smoothie King (which won't happen, as they just say that). NOT trying to get anything out of this, except warning others they'll get sick if they order from this location.
