Got a hook and ladder sandwich on 6/2/2016. The lettuce was really wet and tasted funny, with in a half hour of eating it I got diarrhea and started vomiting. Had fever and chills and couldn't keep anything down for two horrible days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
