I has McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese and nuggets. got bad stomach pains and had diarrhea. After that I threw up. Then I was achy and feverish for a day. The next day I was very gassy., I started feeling sick about 3 hrs after eating.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Fever, Diarrhea

I got a footlong chicken teriyaki sub yesterday at around 3. The chicken had funny pieces of chicken like mush which did not taste right. Today at 2pm I started feeling nausea and queasy. Ive vomited and have diarrhea witha fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
