i got two chicken chalupas and i was fine for a while then i went to the bathroom and hysterically starting puking and having diarrhea. it’s now the next morning and i have chills, fever, and a headache. and im very tender from puking a whole grocery bag of chicken up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
