Fruit Loops cereal dry no milk, I had a small handful and a bit later my stomach hurt, I ate more thinking I was hungry. After 6 large handfuls I was completely feeling like I was going to puke. I was at work and still am. I feel like my stomach is twisting inside. Awful  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Drank and chocolate shake last night, 2 hours later got violent diarrhea and stomach cramping that would come and go every half an hour. Still having mild cramps today., Just me, 2 hours after drinking the shake.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
