Health Alert For Southwestern Style Salad With Chicken due to undeclared allergens

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert for Bistro Grande Southwestern Style Salad with Chicken due to misbranding and undeclared allergens. The product may contain wheat and fish (anchovies), which are not declared on the label. These items were shipped to retail locations in California and NevadaThe product recalled is an 11.75-oz. bowl labeled "Bistro GRANDE SOUTHWESTERN STYLE WITH CHICKEN WITH SALSA RANCH Dressing" with a use-by date of June 12, 2024. The lot code is 217638176, and the establishment number is P-27497. The salad bowls, packaged on May 28, 2024.
The problem was discovered when the producing establishment notified FSIS that it received a consumer complaint that a salad product labeled as Bistro Grande Southwestern Style with Chicken contained Chicken Caesar Salad.
FSIS is concerned that some products may be in consumers' refrigerators. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be returned to the place of purchase. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a healthcare provider.
