I got food poisoning twice when I ate McDonald’s Big Mac 3 hours later after eating McDonald”s I started throwing up 13 times and nausea and diarrhea for 3 days. I was so sick never eating Big Mac again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a Big Mac fries and nuggets last night. Around 3 am I woke up in pain and I have been deteriorating since then.
I cannot get up without puking, my body is in a lot of pain.
