My son ate lucky charms this morning and immediately puked them up after eating. We live in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. They were from the food bank but not before the best before or expired. They could've been from a Walmart or superstore. From food bank  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My son had a bowl of lucky charms cereal. It is the first time we have bought them in a long time. About 30 minutes after he finished eating them he vomited shades of bluish green everywhere.

My roommate and I both developed bright green diarrhea and horrible stomach cramping. I had two handfuls and began experiencing symptoms and my roommates been having symptoms for a week while eating it for breakfast.
