Seaweed Salad Food Poisoning

Seaweed salad, like other fresh produce, could be the source of food poisoning. In 2020, over 3,000 students in Japan fell ill after consuming seaweed salad that was contaminated with E.coli. Symptoms of an E.coli infection start 2-7 days after the consumption, and are characterized by diarrhea and abdominal cramps.

Not sure but I think from seaweed salad I suddenly woke up at 5:50am and felt an urgency to throw up but that hasn’t happened yet. I’m experiencing sharp pains in my stomach. I had the seaweed salad around 7pm. I always had pork dumplings from the same place, It happened Now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Seaweed salad  The nausea started a few hours after eating the seaweed salad. It actually woke me up. But were I rush to the toilet to vomit I’m not able to, just have a lot of saliva. My stomach hurts as well, feel irritated like a burning sensation

Me and my friend had 2 different ramens, but both shared seaweed salad and veg gyoza. Both up in the night with nausea, not actually vomiting but feeling as though we’re on the brink. Still feeling it nearly 24 hours after we ate. And stomach ache too. I think it must have been the seaweed salad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
