Last night I picked up taco bell for dinner for me and my husband. he had a nacho supreme and a combo burrito and I had a crunch wrap he woke up in pain cramping around 1 in the morning and started vomiting and having diarrhea I woke up at 5 cramping with diarrhea and vomiting and nausea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
