I ordered a chicken bowl to go on 07/05/18, the bowl had brown rice, chicken, black beans, mild mix, corn, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce. It started a few hours after eating it. It was all I ate that day and I felt perfectly fine before then.

I ate a black bean, rice, and cheese quesadilla from Chipotle 2 days ago and 15 minutes later felt very nauseous, then 20 minutes later puked and had diarrhea for the next day. Mind you, this was all I had eaten all day, and it is all that came up later on.
