I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans, white rice, lettuce, corn, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce (red).

Ate half a chicken/sofritas bowl and chips at about 5:30pm on Sunday. 10:30pm felt nauseous. Vomiting and diarrhea every 20 minutes from 11:30pm till 7am Monday. Wednesday and still feel nauseous after eating.
