My son had 3 chicken tacos with pinto beans and cheese at 1pm today. Three hours later he has vomited 6 times. More than I have ever seen anyone in my life vomit and he is only 10 years old. The only thing he ate differently than me was the chipotle.

Ate chicken bowl with brown rice black beans at 530 pm Wednesday 12/20/17. Started vomiting around 1130 pm. Can’t keep anything down. Went to doctor on Thursday 12/21/17

comeu uma tigela de burrito de chipotle à noite. No dia seguinte vomitou 13 vezes e senti tonturas antes de tomar medicamentos e melhorar. Não comeu nenhum outro alimento externo
