Child Sick After Chicken Tacos

My son had 3 chicken tacos with pinto beans and cheese at 1pm today. Three hours later he has vomited 6 times. More than I have ever seen anyone in my life vomit and he is only 10 years old. The only thing he ate differently than me was the chipotle.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
