Child Sick After Chicken Tacos

My son had 3 chicken tacos with pinto beans and cheese at 1pm today. Three hours later he has vomited 6 times. More than I have ever seen anyone in my life vomit and he is only 10 years old. The only thing he ate differently than me was the chipotle.

Ate chicken bowl with brown rice black beans at 530 pm Wednesday 12/20/17. Started vomiting around 1130 pm. Can’t keep anything down. Went to doctor on Thursday 12/21/17

Ate burrito bowl from chipotle in the night. Next day vomited 13 times and felt dizzy before taking medicines and getting better. Did not eat any other outside food
