Friday April 6 2018, at around between 5-7 pm. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, steak, corn, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese and a side of guacamole. That was the last thing I ate for that night. Within 12 hours I was nauseous and vomiting all day Saturday, toward the end of the day Saturday symptoms got worse. Restless cramping, nausea and stomach ache all night.
