- comments: observed handwashing sinks not accessible for handwashing. Observed large container inside front handwashing sink and cleaning equipment inside basement handwashing sink. Observed hose connected to faucet of basement handwashing sink. Instructed manager to remove all items from handwashing sinks. Handwashing sinks shall be accessible at all times for proper handwashing. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
