I ordered the megabox meal for a friend and I on the 13th May. After 12 hours, both of us were sick to the point of vomiting blood. Another friend ordered the boneless chicken and had no symptoms of food poisoning.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea, Vomitando

Sunday 30th April 2017 - had meatballs and gravy and a cheesecake for dessert. Could have been either of those as my husband had different food to myself. Symptoms started around 6 hours after with feverishness and loss of appetite. Two days later still having diarrhoea and awful stomach cramping.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Febre, Náusea

Olá, comi comida do McDonald's no Parc Trostre, Llanelli (batatas fritas, hambúrguer de frango e um hambúrguer de queijo) por volta das 16h depois de sair do hospital. Cerca de 4 horas depois, tive diarreia e doença graves, estava tão cansada, tive uma grande dor de cabeça… Veja mais

We ordered the Sausage & Pepperoni pizza and a Beef pizza. The whole family who ate the pizza were up all night vommiting severely uncontrollably.
