I ordered the megabox meal for a friend and I on the 13th May. After 12 hours, both of us were sick to the point of vomiting blood. Another friend ordered the boneless chicken and had no symptoms of food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Sunday 30th April 2017 - had meatballs and gravy and a cheesecake for dessert. Could have been either of those as my husband had different food to myself. Symptoms started around 6 hours after with feverishness and loss of appetite. Two days later still having diarrhoea and awful stomach cramping.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

你好，我出院后大约下午 4 点左右在 Llanelli 的 Parc Trostre 吃了麦当劳的食物（薯条、鸡肉汉堡和奶酪汉堡）。大约 4 个小时后，我得了严重的腹泻和疾病，我太累了，头疼得很厉害，第二天（今天）下午 4 点左右去看医生，他们说我有细菌性食物中毒，在接下来的两周内停药和下班。呕吐太多之后我崩溃了，我不能大声吃 24 小时或喝酒，唯一的一件事是 Lucazade 博士的建议，我想对此进行充分的投诉，我非常不适而且床不好，我不能大声出门，因为我不能一个人呆着，我必须不断受到监督万一我的身体发生任何重大事件。

We ordered the Sausage & Pepperoni pizza and a Beef pizza. The whole family who ate the pizza were up all night vommiting severely uncontrollably. I will never eat a papa johns again after this experience. Ruined my Easter and not even a reply on social media in regards to our illness.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在 2017 年 2 月 4 日星期六下午 3 点 45 分至下午 3 点 50 分订购了一个：双奶酪汉堡、大薯条和一个鸡肉传奇。我的朋友还在同一天和同一时间点了素食汉堡和草莓奶昔。吃完 1-2 小时后，我们俩都感到恶心。我和我的朋友在发抖并且有温度。我感觉很星期而且很生气。我们终于吐了。

绝对是麦当劳，因为那是我们那天唯一吃的东西，除了早餐和一些糖果。我本来打算去看医生，但是呕吐后我感觉完全不错。
