I went and got McDonald's for lunch and returned back to work to eat about 1 hour passed. My stomach felt like it was being ripped up inside. Then came the vomiting and fever and diahrea. Comi um hambúrguer Siracha. Eu costumo lidar bem com picante, então, quando terminei o hambúrguer, percebi que a siracha não estava bem comigo, mas isso foi há 12 horas e estou no banheiro quase constantemente desde então. January 9, 2018 at 11:30am, we both shared a fried Shrimp dinner and ordered an extra coleslaw. About 4 hours later stomach started hurting and by 5:00pm same day we both started with horrific vomiting. Both my little brother and I ate McDonald’s around 5:30pm. My symptoms started at 8:30pm and vomiting started at 10:30pm. My brothers vomiting started at 12:15am. He ate a chicken nugget kids meal with fries and I ate a Pico Quac Burger and a handful of fries.  | Sintomas: Náusea, Vomitando

I stopped here before work, at around 7:30 AM, and got an original chicken biscuit, was nauseated and feverish within 2-3 hours.
