I went and got McDonald's for lunch and returned back to work to eat about 1 hour passed. My stomach felt like it was being ripped up inside. Then came the vomiting and fever and diahrea. This all happened on Friday 02/02/2018. I finally was feeling much better on Sunday 02/04/2018.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Comí una hamburguesa Siracha. January 9, 2018 at 11:30am, we both shared a fried Shrimp dinner and ordered an extra coleslaw. About 4 hours later stomach started hurting and by 5:00pm same day we both started with horrific vomiting. Both my little brother and I ate McDonald’s around 5:30pm. My symptoms started at 8:30pm and vomiting started at 10:30pm. My brothers vomiting started at 12:15am. He ate a chicken nugget kids meal with fries and I ate a Pico Quac Burger and a handful of fries.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos

I stopped here before work, at around 7:30 AM, and got an original chicken biscuit, was nauseated and feverish within 2-3 hours.
