I ate McDonald’s last night, two cheeseburgers. I woke up by nausea and then throwing up and diarrhea, Just myself, I had to call out sick today from work due to vomiting and diarrhea. June 2 2018, I order the bowl (white rice, black beans, cheese, and guacamole). By the next morning June 3 2018, I woke up with really bad stomach ache and diarrhea.
