Wednesday, May 16, wife and I had Chicken Fried Steak. Both had terrible vomiting and diarrhea. Been ill for four days. We’ll never eat there again. Others in our party had different dish and did not get sick., Two got sick, symptoms began following day.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

I ate McDonald’s last night, two cheeseburgers. I woke up by nausea and then throwing up and diarrhea, Just myself, I had to call out sick today from work due to vomiting and diarrhea. About six hours after I ate the cheeseburgers the symptoms started  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

June 2 2018, I order the bowl (white rice, black beans, cheese, and guacamole). By the next morning June 3 2018, I woke up with really bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I also started feeling nauseous shortly after eating the food which resulted in me not even consuming half of it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
