Wednesday, May 16, wife and I had Chicken Fried Steak. Both had terrible vomiting and diarrhea. Been ill for four days. We’ll never eat there again. Others in our party had different dish and did not get sick., Two got sick, symptoms began following day.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

June 2 2018, I order the bowl (white rice, black beans, cheese, and guacamole). By the next morning June 3 2018, I woke up with really bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I ate the chili at Chili's Bar & Grill at 10 pm. It tasted horrible, so I stopped. The next morning I felt terrible with stomach pain and nauseous.
